What size should I order?

Each product page features a size guide tab for your convenience. Please refer to the size guide to learn more about the specifications of your selected product.

How do I place an order?

To start shopping, just visit our website at www.tfi.org.in. Browse through our products and add your desired items to your cart. When you're ready to complete your purchase, simply proceed to checkout for a straightforward and hassle-free experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have UPI, Debit Card and Credit Card payment options.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email following with your order id and its details.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can ask from live chat support and also you will get Realtime status update after login into your profile, or you can drop and email followed by your order id on support@tfi.org.in

How can I cancel my order?

To access your profile, please sign in using your registered email address and password. Navigate to the Order List page and locate the specific order you wish to cancel. Click on the cancel button next to the order. Please note that you can only cancel orders that have not been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to process any cancellations.

Do you allow exchanges?

We have a size exchange policy only, no cancellations, return or refund. You can mail us your query on sales@tfi.org.in or you can call us on +91 99539 51755
